Resources – Our team has access to over 9,500 original factory manuals for all makes 1980-Present, plus CD-ROMs and thousands of wiring diagrams!

The WORLDPAC Assist hotline is a guaranteed service. We are committed to providing accurate and complete diagnostic information to every customer. Our value comes in working with you to get the vehicle fixed or in providing you with knowledge of vehicles requiring special tools or information not available to the aftermarket, saving you wasted time and effort.

 

No one is able to fix them all. WORLDPAC Assist understands this and wants our customers to know if we are unable to lead you to the fix on a repairable vehicle we will not bill you for the call.

 

Please contact customer service with any concerns you may have regarding your hotline assistance. Customer service will review with you the documented procedures and possible fixes provided to the caller on the repair order in question.

 

If you are dissatisfied with the information provided we will credit you in full for the hotline call. If our call records show that we recommended a part to you based on accurate information provided by you, that you put on and did not fix the vehicle we will refund you the cost of the part. You will need to provide us with the new part and the original sales receipt to qualify for a refund.

Hotline reference numbers are valid for 90 days. Hotline pricing applies to same vehicle/same symptom. Does not apply to modified/recovered/flooded/chopped or damaged vehicles.
