| WTI Offers Management Training Workshops

WTI (WORLDPAC Training Institute) has been offering repair shop management workshops for almost 10 years. Over the years we have trained more than 4,000 shop owners, managers, and service consultants in many areas of the service business. Topics such as financial management, employee management, marketing, selling service, service consultant training, help define the troubled areas many businesses are challenged with. All of our instructors have years of experience and welcome follow-up telephone calls and emails from our customers.
Our focus at the WTI is to help the independent grow and stay independent. This unique partnership is founded on the premise that by helping your business grow, we too have the opportunity to grow. All WTI materials are written with the repair business in mind, and deal with current issues faced by all service centers. Many independents are suffering declining car counts and repair order averages. Our training helps not only to address these problems, but we also offer many solutions.
