Professional Background: Kelly started his training career in Calgary, Alberta Canada in 1987 with a workshop entitled "Starting a Successful Business". In 1992 he was asked to offer a workshop to the automotive industry department at Okanagan College in Kelowna, BC, Canada. By 1995 Kelly was in high demand in the automotive industry which has lead to him being one of the top automotive industry trainers throughout the United States and Canada. Certification:
Professional Accomplishments: Kelly has appeared on radio, television and has been featured in many daily and weekly newspapers. He is an award winning columnist with his popular monthly "Management SOS" article series featured in Canadian Technician. Kelly also writes articles for AUTOINC and for the WORLDPAC Industry News - "WIN", as well as several ASA chapters across the US. Kelly has trained tens of thousands of shop owners, managers and employees throughout Canada and the US. He is a featured guest speaker at high profile automotive events such as CARS in Las Vegas, VISION in Kansas City and NAIT in Washington State. Kelly has a passion for training the automotive industry and is himself an avid reader and learner. He also attends Leadership and Management workshops and conferences each year.
