WORLDPAC and IDENTIFIX are proud to introduce WORLDPAC Assist … two great programs that help technicians diagnose and repair vehicles more quickly.

Program 1 - WORLDPAC Assist.com is an online diagnostic information service for WORLDPAC customers. WORLDPAC Assist.com combines real world shortcut tests and quick fix information in an easy to learn and use format. Subscribe to this 24/7 database for a low monthly fee.

Program 2 - WORLDPAC Assist “Repair Hotline” connects technicians with 41 factory trained, ASE master techs via telephone for personal one-on-one service. Pay for this service by the job, there is no enrollment or monthly fee. The WORLDPAC Assist programs provide technicians the information they need to fix vehicles faster as well as help to increase shop productivity & billable hours.
